Serving as the Orchestral Associate at the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Sunny Yeung is the founder of the Doyle Piano Trio. Featured in French May Arts Festival, Friends of HKMOA and has been demanded on performing in various occasions. Sunny also appears as a concert soloist, including performance of Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante (2022), Beethoven’s Romance in F Major (2018), and more. His contributions to the music community in Hong Kong are widely recognized and appreciated.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Sunny embarked on his musical journey under the guidance of Ayako Ichimaru at the age of eight. Then under the tutelage of Albert Yue Cheng, Sunny holds a Bachelor of Music and a Diploma in Performing Arts (Music) from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, honored with numerous of scholarships such as the Hong Kong Vienna Opera Ball Scholarships.

Sunny Yeung has made significant contributions both locally and internationally. He worked closely with the esteemed Handel Collegium Baroque Orchestra as a guest violinist in 2018-19, giving regular concerts in Tokyo, Japan. His musical ventures have taken him on tour to numerous countries, including France, Germany, Portugal, and Spain. He has also collaborated with renowned orchestras such as the Hong Kong New Music Ensemble, City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, SAR Philharmonic, Global Symphony Orchestra, and Hong Kong String Orchestra. In addition, Sunny previously held the position of Assistant Music Officer at Music Office in 2020-22, and successfully conducted the New Territories Youth Strings.
